Since getting involved with the National African American Insurance Associaton (NAAIA) Michigan, we have been excited to help push the organizations reach throughout the entire state of Michigan. We were able to assist in hosting an Open House for NAAIA here in Lansing. Insurance professionals and students joined to continue conversations about diversifying our industry and how to engage tomorrows insurance leaders.

We were blessed to be joined by Ben Rathbun's mentee from the Insurance BFF Mentor Program, Miguel Solis, who is continuing his education this fall at Michigan State University. Our mentees for the upcoming year, from Wilson Talent Center, were also in attendance. Director of the Department of Insurance and Financial Services Anita Fox was able to speak with all of our students. The future of NAAIA is bright in Michigan!
