One of the biggest changes we’ve tested recently at Rathbun Insurance is an early Friday close, introduced as part of a temporary summer hours policy. After receiving staff feedback and evaluating the impact, we’re excited to announce that Rathbun Insurance is officially transitioning to a 38-hour work week!

New Phone Hours:

• Monday - Thursday: 9:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• Friday: 9:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Staff Hours:

• Monday - Thursday: 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM
• Friday: 7:30 AM - 2:30 PM

This adjustment reflects our commitment to creating a positive work environment and supporting the well-being of our team. Here’s why we believe this change is beneficial for everyone:

• Allowing everyone a little extra time on Fridays to unwind and recharge leads to a happier and more motivated team.
