August 6th, 2001, was the day Karen Watson joined us. Twenty years later, our business is radically different than it was two entire decades ago. But, just as it's been for the entirety of our 65 year existance, it's the people that really matter. 

Karen Watson is a lifelong Lansing resident and joined the agency in 2001. Known around the agency as the Office Goddess, she has been around the block. Karen has been an integral part of our team and is the cool and collected force that keeps this ship afloat.
