David Finkbeiner is being promoted to Vice President of Sales. In this role, he will be responsibile for managing, recruiting, retaining and developing our producers. David joined the Rathbun Agency team in 2012 and has been a Partner since 2018. Read more about David.

Jennifer Bates is being promoted to Vice President of Operations. In this role, she will be responsible for oversight of all aspects of agency operations and management of account manager and administrative staff. Jennifer has been with the Rathbun Agency since 2019 and most recently served in the Operations Manager role. Read more about Jennifer.

Ashley McClure is being promoted to Vice President of Finance. In this role, she will be responsible for oversight of all aspects of agency financial operations and administration as well as establishing, implementing and monitoring all budgeting.
