Today, our Rathbun Agency team had the privilege of attending the Junior Achievement of Mid Michigan Starmakers breakfast, and what an inspiring experience it was! We were joined by our dedicated Rathbun staff, the incredible Miguel Solis (featured speaker and Rathbun summer intern), and our friend Mike Maurer divisional director in Business Development with Accident Fund Insurance Company of America.

At Rathbun, we take pride in playing a small role in supporting impactful initiatives, and today was no exception. Miguel Solis, a shining example of the power of

mentorship and training, shared his journey as a Rathbun Agency intern this past summer. Ben Rathbun, our CEO, also highlighted the significance of mentorship and employment opportunities that arise from the valuable training provided by Junior Achievement.

In addition, our Chief Operating Officer, Laura Stoken, recently joined the Junior Achievement Associate Leadership Board. Today marked her first event as an associate board member, and she dove right in, volunteering her time.

The event featured inspiring student speakers from Potterville Middle School and Lansing School District Cumberland Elementary, reminding us of the incredible impact organizations like Junior Achievement have on shaping young minds and futures.
