Today, Rathbun Insurance continued its commitment to fostering mentorship and empowering young minds. Our CEO, Ben Rathbun, joined producer Heather Kim and Account Manager Kim Evans for an enriching experience at J.W. Sexton High School's mentorship day. As advocates for the insurance industry, we are passionate about guiding students toward fulfilling careers and showcasing the multitude of opportunities available.

Rathbun staff had to opportunity to engage in meaningful conversations with over thirty students of J.W. Sexton High School, sharing insights and experiences from the insurance industry. Our primary objective was to inspire and guide these young individuals as they contemplate their future paths. We consider it an honor to connect with the next generation and demonstrate the diverse and rewarding nature of our industry.

Throughout our interactions at J.W. Sexton High School, we emphasized the wide array of roles within the insurance sector. From sales and claims management to risk assessment and business operations, we aimed to broaden the students' perspectives on potential career paths. Our goal was to ignite their curiosity, encouraging them to explore the possibilities within the insurance industry and consider it a viable option for their future endeavors.
