We are excited to announce that Emily Harte-Merchand has joined the Rathbun Insurance team as our newest Commercial Account Manager. Emily will primarily be focusing on commercial accounts while also dedicating some time to personal lines.

Emily brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our team, holding insurance licenses in Health, Life, Personal, and Commercial. With over 13 years of industry experience, she has built a diverse and impressive career. Starting as a Personal Lines Customer Service Representative in a small agency, Emily progressed to a Team Lead Commercial Account Manager, then to Personal Lines Risk Manager, and most recently served as an Employee Benefits Specialist in one of the largest insurance networks.

Emily’s journey in the insurance industry is marked by her dedication to continuous learning and her passion for adapting to the evolving landscape of insurance and technology. She proudly identifies as an "insurance nerd" and is always eager to expand her knowledge and skills.

Emily’s friendly yet professional communication style has helped her build strong, lasting relationships with clients over time. We are confident that her expertise and approach will be a valuable asset to our team and clients alike.
