At Rathbun Insurance, we believe that being there for our community matters most. That’s why we’re excited to share some news from great community partners over at Communities In Schools of Michigan. They’ve teamed up once again with TechSmith for the 2nd Annual East Lansing Backpack Giveaway on August 13th!

This event is all about ensuring that every student is prepared for the school year ahead. Taking place outside the TechSmith office in Spartan Village from 1-3 PM, the giveaway will continue until supplies run out. Sparty, Michigan State University’s beloved mascot, will also make a special appearance to bring extra excitement and Spartan pride to the day.

The event primarily targets East Lansing middle and high school students, but in the spirit of inclusivity, no student will be turned away. This initiative is a testament to the power of collaboration in our community, and we’re proud to support our partners in making a difference.
