We’re thrilled to announce that today marks the kickoff of our very first office hours at the Allen
Neighborhood Center! With the support of 7C Lingo, a leading provider of translation services, and a strong local partner like Allen Neighborhood Center, we believe we can provide access to insurance education and products to more of our neighbors right here in the community.
These sessions are an extension of our main office on Saginaw and Pine Street, and we are bringing the same level of care and attention to ANC. Two Rathbun Insurance Producers (agents) and one Account Manager are present to answer any insurance-related questions. Whether you are an English speaker or an LEI, we invite you to stop by. Thanks to our partnership with 7C Lingo, we will have access to on-demand translation services via phone or video call, ensuring that language is not a barrier to receiving the help you need.
Our goal is simple: to improve access to insurance education. This is a pilot program, and we will evaluate its success in December. If it proves effective, we hope to replicate this model with other nonprofits across Lansing.
Starting today, October 30, 2024, Rathbun Insurance will hold office hours at the Allen Neighborhood Center's conference room, continuing every Wednesday through December 11, 2024.

Through this unique partnership, we aim to make insurance education accessible to everyone, especially for those who speak a language other than English. We’re here to support you!
In addition to meeting with our team, today’s the perfect day to experience the Allen Farmers Market, open from 3:00 to 6:30 PM (until 7 PM on festival days!). Located at Shepard and E Kalamazoo Streets, the market takes over the parking lot beneath a beautiful mural, along with the spacious Greatroom at 1629 E Kalamazoo.
