We are currently seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in ensuring our clients receive personalized service, educated guidance, and the peace of mind they deserve.
Position Overview
The Personal Lines Account Manager plays a vital role in bringing our vision to life by providing outstanding client support, managing policies, and identifying opportunities to better serve our clients.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Policy Reviews: Conduct thorough policy evaluations, educate clients on coverage, and provide solutions to fill any gaps.
- Client Retention: Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring continued satisfaction and engagement.
- Claims Assistance: Act as a trusted advocate to support clients through the claims process.
- Risk Management Guidance: Offer insights and recommendations to help clients manage potential risks effectively.
- Remarketing Policies: Work closely with the sales team to review and remarket insurance policies, ensuring competitive rates and coverage.
- Cross-Selling & Up-Selling: Proactively identify and offer additional coverage options that align with clients' evolving needs.
Qualifications
- State of Michigan P&C Producer License (required)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Client-focused mindset with a passion for helping others
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-driven environment
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Experience in insurance or customer service is preferred
